House!

Tonight we are going to sign an acceptance of their counter-counter-counter offer.  LOL!  To say we are excited is a huge underestimate!  It still will not quite be a done deal as we wait on inspections and things like that, but we have every reason to believe it will happen.  In theory we could be homeowners in April!!! Time will tell and we'd appreciate your prayers during this time.
